Welcome to UAHuntsville’s University Center (The UC). Throughout history, university centers have offered an array of services to students, as well as the entire campus community. The UC continues this trend by providing our students with a “one stop shop” experience. A few of our most popular areas include Enrollment Services’ Charger Central, the Charger Café, Barnes and Noble Bookstore, Charger Brew serving Starbucks coffee, and the game room.

The UC provides many extracurricular activities and events designed to provide students with unlimited entertainment and developmental opportunities.  We encourage you to visit the Student Activities Office in UC 111 and explore the many clubs, organizations, services, and activities available. We are confident that you will discover a new and exciting experience to enhance your time at UAHuntsville.

UAHuntsville to construct new Student Life Center

The student life center will be located at Holmes Avenue and Erskine Street as a campus centerpiece on a new greenway. With a liberal use of glass and an elevated pedestrian walkway that will connect to a 350-seat theater.
